At Your Secret Euphoria, we prioritize your satisfaction while maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict return policy to protect all customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Unopened & Unused Products – You may return an item within 30 days of purchase only if it remains completely sealed in its original packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

✅ Defective or Damaged Items– If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will offer a replacement or exchange in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. You must notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide proof (photos or videos).

❌ Non-Returnable Items – The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened      or used adult toys and intimate products
• Lubricants,      massage oils, and consumables
• Lingerie      and wearable intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
• Clearance      or final sale items

2. How to Request a Return

If your item meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email rp@yoursecreteuphoriawith your order number and reason for return. For defective items, include clear photos or videos.

2️⃣ Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) Numberif approved. Returns without an RA Number will not be accepted.

3️⃣ Return the Item – Securely package the product and ship it to the address provided in your return approval email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costsunless the item is defective.

4️⃣ Inspection & Processing– Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process the exchange or refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

Many of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If your item becomes defective after 30 days, please check the manufacturer’s warranty policy. You may need to contact them directly for a replacement.

4. Refund Policy

• Approved      refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return      is received.
• Shipping      fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds      will be issued to the original payment method; we do not offer store      credit or exchanges for different products.
